The first is a hexagonal teapot decorated with six panels each enclosing a large peony spray, the c-shaped handle is decorated with a scrolling design. The flat cover is decorated with prunus. The second is moulded with a lobed body decorated with panels enclosing landscapes, objects, and flowers, all below an upright handle which has been mounted with a metal chain connected by a ring around the finial.

Condition: The hexagonal teapot:
The spout, the upper section of the handle, and some edges have been restored.
The ?arch handled? teapot:
There are some fine glaze cracks to around the finial, and some infilled chips to the rim of the cover.
There is restoration and some small glaze crackles to the handle.
There are frits to the spout which have been infilled.
