The plaque is enamelled and executed in wirework to depict a scholar in a pavilion looking out upon a tree-filled mountainous river landscape. The scene is accompanied by an inscription signed Liang Guozhi. The plaque is mounted in a wooden frame and stand which is decorated with flower scrolls in low relief.
Condition: Overall in good condition, apart from crackles to the enamels.
There are some chips and age cracks to the wood.
