An undated archaistic ceramic figure of a horse standing on a small square base in Northern Qi style; neck arched and head held down with bridle in black and red pigment, large tassel to the front of the neck; saddle covered with a long cloth knotted at the ends above the flared mud guards; the trappings around the chest adorned with elaborate tassels and straps embellished with florets and bosses; traces of pigment to the ornaments. 3.21 kg, 40.5cm (16").
