The clay tablet is decorated in polychrome and moulded to depict one of the five Dhyani Buddhas, Ashkobya, seated on a lotus throne with one hand holding an alms bowl and the other in the earth-touching mudra, and various further figures in the background. The figure is accompanied with a silk cushion, and enshrined in a glass-paned wooden altar box with decorated with gilt.

There are losses to the extremities and repairs to the lower corners, and a few further fine cracks.
