Chinese Qing Dynasty gilt over glazed and enameled porcelain mallet bottle vase. The bell shaped body of the bottle vase is finely potted with a broad base and a rounded shoulder gently rising a columnar tall neck. The exterior decorated with colorful imperial dragons, interspersed by dense of scrolling tendrils and blooms. Banded with pink and green tropical leaves under the rim between two gilt over glazed rings, and green cresting LiShui water on foot. The improved enamel glazes of the early Qing dynasty being fired at a higher temperature also acquired a more brilliant look as shown in this bottle vase. All sets against lemon-yellow ground. Elegantly presented upon a carved hardwood stand.
