拍卖行可推荐物流公司，但所有费用和风险由买家承担。

（1）保证金与否：保证金3500元人民币，完成联拍在线实名认证；
（2）拍品是否保真：否，买家需要仔细甄别所感兴趣的拍品，并对此负责。
（3）付款方式：银行转账；VISA/MASTER信用卡支付（仅适用于不超过1500美金）。
（4）付款期限：成交日起7个工作日内完成全额支付。
（5）佣金费率：网络竞拍佣金率27%。
（6）税收（如有）：买家负责。
（7）运输等相关操作费用标准：拍卖行可推荐物流公司，但所有费用和风险由买家承担。
（8）禁止条款：海外拍卖会可能会出现中国法律禁止交易的物品，如枪支、管制刀具、象牙、犀角等，中国买家不得通过本平台参与上述物品的拍卖活动；任何情形下，买家均须对自己的竞拍行为独立承担责任。

Acceptable methods of payment include cash, good check, money order/bank check, wire transfer. Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) will be accepted for a maximum balance of $1500. An additional fee will be added to all credit card payments. Any balance or purchase above the $1500 limit must be paid with an alternative payment method.

WR Auction Gallery Inc. is not responsible for any fees/charges associated with wire/bank transfers. The buyer is responsible for all fees/charges related to his/her wire/bank transfer(s).

WR Auction Gallery Inc. reserves the right to hold items paid by check until the check has cleared.

No merchandise will be released until payment has been received in full.
