Ca. 19th century khmer Bayon style Vishnu. Vishnu is both world protector and preserver, restorer of moral order - he is all-powerful and all-pervasive by nature. In his 8 arms he holds a variety of objects and is clad in a traditional Khmer dhoti in Khmer style.
