A large Chinese four fold carved hardwood screen, late 19th/early 20th century, late Qing / Republic period. Naturalistically and Archaistically carved in high relief with decoration to both sides depicting a variety of panelled sections incorporating flowers, fruits, vases, bats, dragons and scholars symbols. Individual panel measurements: 73.2 in (186 cm) height, 21.1 in (53.5 cm) width, 1.4 in (3.5 cm) depth.
