multi-armed and many-headed Yidam deity in yab-yum with the female counterpart at the middle, holding scull cups in his hands, surrounded by a ring featuring eight Buddhas who are allowed to contemplate the sanctum due to them walking the path of enlightenment, four fierce Yama demons with skull crowns clinging to the innermost double area, placed in front of the ornately designed four entrances to the center of the mandala, numerous deities of the Tibetan Buddhist pantheon such as other Buddha, Lama and Arhat figures populate the space around the mandala, mostly floating over green hills, in the apex Buddha Shakyamuni, performing the dharmachakra mudra, margins uneven, about 67x47,5cm, partly some wear, framed under glass
