TWO CHAIRS AND A SMALL TABLE
TWO CHAIRS AND A SMALL TABLE
Fine dark wood
China, Qing dynasty (1644 - 1912)
Two chairs with decoratively formed, open-work backrest, the upper edge of which has an elegant curve. Likewise, the sides with the armrests. The small accompanying table is entirely straight, like the lower part of the chairs. The craftsmanship of the dark, noble wood is dignified and lends the suite a special appearance.
