A truly charming collection of decorative objects, offered in a folding case; the collection including one group of four oval paintings on ivory, skillfully painted with figural motifs, lotus, zither and elephant; further including a pair of cuff buttons, gilt on glass; a group of four delicate and decorative minute objects with floral, figures, animals; further offering twelve miniature badges with gold, silver and pearls; two minute enamel portrays; two carved miniature reliefs depicting Ganesha and Krishna with flute amid herd; minute elephants (5,5 mm) rendered on red beans; a group of six attachable ivory bookmarks depicting figural – four of which are set with elephants, the other rendered with three apes, and chariot with ox; the case with velvet sheath and gold-thread borders, the exterior with colorful floral print on silk. A rarity that is hardly likely to acquire!
