LINGA-YONI WITH NAGA AND NANDI

Nandi (white bull) standing at the bottom of the base, which is depicted as the circular twisted body of the snake. On top of the body of the Naga a linga-yoni symbol (principle of generation/Shiva). The cobra shows a partly convex shield with incised “S” motives, a lowered head with a split tongue and a remarkably prominent bi-conical crown.

Condition: Good condition; very good dark patina with some green areas.
