A VERY LARGE KONDH TRIBAL BRONZE NAGA

Eastern India, Kondh Tribe, late 19th – early 20th century
The imposing cobra, consisting of two parts, has its tongue stretched out and three little birds rest on its head. The completely curled up body serves as the base of the bronze.
Dimensions: HEIGHT 23.5 CM
Condition: Good condition, only a minor damage to the area where the two separate parts attach
