Description: Scarab, Egypt, New Kingdom to Late Period (after 1550 B.C.), Steatite, light greyish, width: 10 mm, length: 14 mm // Back: Wing covers beautifully engraved. On the base is the god Anubis in the shape of a lying dog with the scourge on his back, above is a line that cannot be interpreted, and below three characters (waterline, house, sun disk).
