Description: A pair of Chinese molded grey pottery tomb doors
Han dynasty
Each of rectangular form, modeled with a tiger above a taotie and ring handle, the surface impressed with birds, rosettes, and tree forms; the top with chariots and riders, all within pattern linear borders; the reverse with stamped rosettes and quatrefoil motifs within patterned borders.
Accompanied by the results of Daybreak Archeometric Laboratory Services thermoluminescence test #499A33, for one of the doors, dated May 23,1995, stating the results are consistent with the suggested age of manufacture.
