Description: A South Indian copper alloy figure of Shiva or Subrahmanya
16th/17th century or later
The standing crowned figure, holding a sword and trident, two hands in abahya and varada mudra, on a circular plinth with lotus petals above the square base, a pair of standards at the rear to support a mandorla, now lost.
