The piece is decorated to the interior with a pair of coiling archaistic dragons surrounded by the Eight Buddhist Emblems amongst lotus scrolls. There is a band of stylised animal scroll and a band of ruyi-head to the rim. The exterior is similarly decorated, and the basin stands on three gilt openwork feet cast as taotie masks. The base is decorated with a honeycomb pattern and is marked with a gilt Qianlong mark.
Condition: Appears to be in overall good condition.
