The pear-shaped vase is decorated with two handles tassel-form handles to the neck and to each side with two confronting dragons amongst scrolling lotus. The rim is decorated with a pomegranate-shaped band below a keyfret band and the foot is encircled by a lappet band above a band of tumultuous waves. The base is with an apocryphal Qianlong mark.
Condition: There is a crack to the rim (approx 9.5 cm.) and further fine glaze crackles.
One section of one handle has been restuck (approx. 4.5 cm. long)
