Lustrous, Chinese Qing famille rose Fu bats and peach abundant porcelain moon vase. Potted in a flattened round body, tapered gracefully toward narrow straight neck leading to a flat rim, raised on splayed oval foot base. Two shaped archaic dragon handles flanked from shoulder to the neck in a carmine-red color. The exterior delicately decorated in vivid colorful famille rose hand painting of red Fu bats flying over flowering and fruiting peach abundant. The shape is uniformly proportioned, without overlap of the outlines, well drawn, clear, subtle, and distinct. The clay is very fine, with a brilliant finish that was applied by a meticulous glaze craftsman, the composition is sophisticated and the colors are a feast for the eye. An elaborate hand carved hardwood stand keeps this elegant vase elevated from the ground.
