Pair of Chinese Qing Famille rose flori-form lobed yellow plates. Finely potted in a shallow dish, with flori-form lobed pattern radiating the rounded rim. The central interior decorated vividly in a pale white color with famille rose hand painting of flying butterfly, vines, foliage, and peony blooms against clean white underglaze ground balanced the composition. All reserved within the pale-yellow under-glazed rim. The shape is uniformly proportioned. Without overlap the outlines of the design, well drawn, clear, subtle, and distinct. The clay is fine and exquisite, the glaze smooth, brilliant with a moist appearance, the finishing meticulous.
