Chinese Cloisonne Enamel Tripod Censer and Cover, with a design of scrolling leafy tendrils suspending night lotus blossoms surrounding the centralized longevity Shou character. It is supported on three cabriolet legs emerging from gilt lion masks, rising to a prominent waisted neck further to a banded rim. Flanked by a pair of curved up swept handles on the sides, decorated with key fret pattern. All embellished with further multi-colored lotus scrolls. The domed cover is decorated with pierced gilt lotus foliage and ruyi-shaped panels enameled with similar lotus blooms surmounted with a gilt finial cast as a five-clawed dragon with protruding horns amidst clouds. Mark both base, incised four seal script -KaiShu- characters, enclosed within square frame border, QianLong Reign Period. Dimension: 19-3/8" H x 12-7/8" W
