Katsushika Hokusai (1760-1849). Group of six Japanese woodblock prints from the 19th century. This lot includes black and white diptychs, "Snow Mid Winter," and "View of Tansya-no Bridge," the latter c. 1820. Another print comes from Hokusai's "Female Moral Standard Book" series. The final print is after Hokusai, a Meji reproduction of a puppeteer holding a puppet on Go board, c. 1900. Heights range from 6 5/8 in to 8 5/8 in. Widths range from 4 3/4 in to 7 1/4 in.
