Kangxi six-character marks, Qing Dynasty The central registers with shaped panels of blue and white decoration of various auspicious flowers bordered with key-fret bands and foliate scrolls, beneath panels with confronted dragons chasing the flaming pearl and foliate scrolls, the flaring necks flanked by pairs of archaistic handles also with blue and white decoration of vases, with the characters jixiang meaning 'propitious'. 46.5cm (18 1/4in) high.
