A pair of molded, matching,Chinese, wucai, porcelain plates produced for export during the Kangxi Period with a central medallion of lotuses growing above the water with a pair of Mandarin ducks on either side, with floral designs impressed into the body of the clay (under the glaze) and a 4 paneled decorative band of green, red, and white just below the inner rim. The exterior wall is a shimmering plum-brown with traces of golden bamboo and flowering tree designs (largely worn off over time).
