Description: A Chinese pair of blue and white horse shoe porcelain bowls with a 6-character Qianlong mark and being of the period. Each is decorated with balls of flowers alternating with tracery and floral motifs above a lobed border. The pair were intended to be Doucai but the final enamel stage was never enacted so they are left unfinished. Dimensions are: 2 1/2 inches tall X 5 3/4 inches wide. All measurements are approximate.
