Description: A BRONZE INCENSE BURNER
Persia, probably Qajar dynasty, 18th-19th century

Supported by a stem-shaped foot with a lobed profile wide base, the incense burner has an approximately globular shape, the upper half section acting as a lid surmounted by a semicircle handle, the whole external surface finely worked with vegetable arabesques among which standing figures and animals.
