Of rounded ovoid body?with a wide pedestal foot and a rounded?mouth rim, the scaled?body carved with raised eyes and fins on either side, the wide foot carved with raised bands simulating fish tail, covered overall with awhite ivory glaze, the unglazed recessed foot revealing the white buff body, the mouth and footrim bound in gilt metal band, 7.3 inch high.
