An impressive early 20th century polished brass twelve light chandelier together with pair of smaller similar three-light chandeliers
all in the Dutch 18th century stylethe chandelier with multi-scrolling arms arranged in two graduated tiers all issuing from a composite baluster central section above a bulbous terminal with knopped terminal and ring suspension, the pair of smaller chandeliers of single tiered form, the chandelier, 103 drop approximately, the smaller chandeliers, 95cm drop approximately (3)

Provenance:Hollywood House, Richmond, installed circa 1926.Hollywood House was, by repute, built by the Duke of Richmond and given as a wedding gift to Queen Victoria. Subseqeuntly used by Prince Albert as a hunting lodge, the house was late purchased by the C & A family of Brenninkmeijer when the the present three chandeliers were installed in the billiard room in the 1920's. The present vendor purchased the house in 1983 and subsequently kept the chandeliers before selling the house again to Ronnie Wood of the Rolling Stones in 1997.
