Two ewers with covers
18th centuryThe first with high-domed cover and ridge-edged spout, the body decorated to both sides with a crane in a garden beside a large flowering peony in famille rose enamels, (metal repairs to handle), 25.5cm high; the second painted with a continuous scene of buildings in a mountainous landscape in underglaze blue, (glued breaks across cover and handle), 20.3cm high.(4).
