Description: Of tubular section rising from a wide splayed foot to a wide flanged rim, painted on the body in brilliant cobalt blue with a broad band below the rim and at the foot, each with Arabic inscription written in blue enamel on a dense floret scroll ground, the rim and foot decorated with radiating lappets, 7 inch high.
