Circa 1795-1800 American, most likely New Jersey, tall case clock. Swan neck broken arch crest with urn finial, fluted full column supports. Flame mahogany veneer medallion trunk door, quarter columns, inlaid fruit wood bands, bracket feet. Painted metal dial, agrarian and fishing vignettes, Roman numerals, secondary date and second aperture, unmarked 8 day brass time and bell strike movement. Sold with receipt from 9/27/1975. Overall 94" h. x 20.5" x 10". Condition: Veneer splits and repairs, no key or crank, currently running however not guaranteed to continue or keep accurate time.
