Description: A Japanese Woodblock Print Triptych by Toyohara Chikanobu (1838-1912)
Dated Meiji 28 (1895), signed Yoshu Chikanobu to print on right, title written above in cartouche in Japanese running script, ink and colors on paper, a deluxe woodblock printing of three ladies in Heian period style dress with thick eyebrows and long black hair over their flowing robes, framed together on mat, not examined outside of the frame.
