A BRONZE RITUAL VASE, HU
China, Ming dynasty (1368-1644) or earlier. The archaistic vessel is cast with a pair of taotie masks and decorated with two archaistic bands below a row of pendant petal-shaped panels, all between two meander borders.
Provenance: Hungarian Private Collection.
Condition: Excellent condition with only minor wear and a superb malachite-green patina. The taotie masks may once have held circular bronze handles.

青銅壺

品相:品相良好,輕微磨損,孔雀石綠色包漿。饕餮面具上可能曾經有一個青銅執柄。
