The present cloud-shaped pendant is an interesting variation of the basic type with the presence of additional protrusions, carved between the pair of lateral projections that end with a double-pointed tip, to some extent resembling the ‘teeth’ carved on other pendants from the Hongshan culture. It is also a bit thicker and larger than usual, with a strongly emphasized central curl.
