A BAJIXIANG PORCELAIN GU, JIAQING MARK AND PERIOD
China, 1796-1820. The bell-shaped foot painted in underglaze-blue with four Buddhist Emblems among scrolling lotus, rising to the bulbous mid-section painted with lotus flowers, below the horizontal six-character seal mark within a circular key fret border, continuing to a trumpet neck with the remaining four Buddhist Emblems below a ruyi border.
Provenance: From the private collection of Marion Gaffié, inherited from her father Henri Gaffié, from Nice, France, who was a close friend of Picasso, Dufy, Utrillo and Vlaminck, and a notable art dealer and auctioneer on the French Riviera between the wars. A copy of a letter by Marion Gaffié, confirming the provenance, is accompanying this lot.
Condition: Remainders of old paste between the two sections. The lower section in perfect condition. The upper section with a single segment of 10 cm broken off, reattached and professionally restored.

中國,1796-1820。倒鈡形足青花釉下彩繪四個佛教法寶,四周纏枝蓮花;花觚中部纏枝蓮花紋,嘉慶六字款,花觚上部纏枝蓮花及佛教四寶。
來源:Marion Gaffié私人收藏,繼承于其父親Henri Gaffié処,法國尼斯。其父親是畢加索、達菲與弗拉敏克的朋友,著名的藝術交易商,戰爭時期曾是法國利維艾拉的拍賣商。隨附 Marion Gaffié關於來源的確認信函。
品相:上部與中部有舊時遺留粘連痕跡,并有一段10厘米的斷裂,經過重新連接和專業修復。下半部品相完美。
