Fabulous 1923 Mason & Hamlin Grand Piano- Documented-Completely Restored by Arno Patin Piano Studio from September 2006 until June 2007. We have exceptional documentation including all email communication along with reports and receipts for all work performed. Mr. Patin also installed the Piano Life Saver 6-Part Humidification System at time of completing the restoration. The Block and Action was completed by Arno Patin and the Wood refinishing work was completed by Littlefield & Sons. Mr. Patin's bill was $13,303.00 and Littlefield's Bill was $3,000.00; for a total cost of restoration in excess of $16,000.00 not including the initial cost of acquiring the piano itself.
