Bronze with dark and green patina, with residue of gilding. The Buddha in lotus posture is elegantly designed and shows the influence of the Buddhist art after the Pala period of India. The face lowered in a light smile, the hands lively and with moving fingers. His three-part kasaya garment of sheer fabric indicated as a fine relief with folds on the left shoulder, chest and back with hems as fine relief lines on the chest and along the legs. The hair stylized as small bumps, the ushnisha crowned by a leaf on top of the head. Characteristic are also the three neck folds. The back is modeled as detailed as the front.
