China. Eastern Zhou/Eastern Han Dynasty. Thin-walled bronze with powdery, green patina and earth adherences. The hemispherical shape standing on three anthropomorphic figures. Beneath the thin, horizontal lip a tripartie flat relief border and two masks holding eyelets. The flattened bottom of the bowl has an additional wide and shallow foot ring. This bowl might be the lower part of a dui. Weight 2180g. Height 14.5cm, ? 28.5cm. Condition A/B. Somewhat compressed at the lip in an oval shape.
