Folio, 365x262 mm. Contemporary Moroccan red binding, gold ornamented frame on the covers, spine gilt. Title leaf in letterpress and 200 etchings of various sizes mounted on blank leaves. Also 22 Callot plates are added, with the complete series of Les grandes misères de la guerre, 1633 18 etchings in the second state of three. Armorial bookplate of Melville glued to the inside cover. Slight defects to the binding, entirely good state of conservation.
