DescriptionThis Yalameh rungs have a unique tribal pattern and a very warm look. Size 2.7x3.11 feet. A unique characteristic of diamond-shaped medallions in a straight line made this rug to be a great choice with modern furniture. White and light brown on a dark blue and light red background made this rung a unique Yalameh. Made of soft quality wool and tight pile on cotton foundation. Yalameh is the name given to the flamboyant southern Iranian carpets woven primarily in and around the village of Aliabad in the southern Iranian province of Fars in Iran. Yalameh rugs and carpets are among the best tribal rugs and carpets woven in Iran. Yalameh rugs, well known for top quality tribal rugs with beautiful diamond patterns, distinctive use of color, and imaginative designs. As a result of the handmade weaving process, not all sides may be straight or corners square. The approximate year of origin: 1985-1995"
