Hand woven in Hosseinabad, Iran. The approximate year of origin: 1985-1995. Hosseinabad located in the southern part of Hamadan province, not too far from Malayer and Nahavand. This area is surrounded by many towns and villages that weave their own rugs. The wool and sometimes the rugs themselves are attributed to the Saveh Shah Savan. Hosseinabad produces a variety of different size rugs including very good long runners. The rugs are made with single weft construction and wear well due to sturdy construction."
