A Chinese Qing dynasty famille noire yen-yen vase
probably late Kangxi period, decorated with applied polychrome enamels depicting birds and blossoming branches with fruit, bamboo and butterflies, the shoulder with four of the eight treasures, marked to the underside with six character Kangxi marks, 45.5 cm high x 21 cm diameter.CONDITION REPORTTwo cracks and pitting to the lip of the top rim, the underside pierced (possibly to make a lamp?), minor enamel loss, overall good.
