Finely carved, the wood attractively stained, and depicting a monkey emerging from a chestnut. The monkey’s pupils inlaid in bone. Good asymmetrical himotoshi through the under- and backside.
HEIGHT 3.6 cm
Condition: Good, worn condition. The monkey’s arm with some surface wear and minor chipping.
