A HIMALAYAN LOT SILVER REPOUSSé ‘DEMON’ BOX AND A ‘SIXDEITIES’ SALT CELLAR, 19th CENTURY
Himalayan region. The lidded silver box with extremely fine embossed, chiseled and engraved detail work, depicting a fierce demon holding a large sword above his shoulders, the salt cellar with the six deities each in one round medallion, again with fine detail work.
Condition: Good condition with wear and traces of use, good natural patina to both pieces.
