Description
AN APPLE-GREEN GREEN OVERLAY GLASS SNUFF BOTTLE, LATE QING
China, 19th to early 20th century. The bottle is of a flattened globular shape with a cylindrical neck and an oval recessed foot. The apple-green overlay on opaque white glass shows a crane and peonies on one side as well as a fish and lotus flowers on the other.
Condition: Good condition with minor wear and few open bubbles.
Provenance: From the collection of W. B. Tapp, Bristol.
