Height8.3in, Wall bottle, or hanging bottle, is a kind of bottle type designed for hanging on the wall. The shape of the bottle is a half shape, the side against the wall is flat, and there are inclined holes for hanging. After Wanli of the Ming Dynasty, it became more and more popular in Qianlong period, with regular shapes and various shapes. No matter it's the color painting on or under glaze, or the technology of piling up, hollowing out, carving, decal, etc., it pays great attention to the decoration effect. The wall bottle was favored by Emperor Qianlong. There are many records in the records of Qianlong and the records of Qing Dynasty that ordered the wall bottle to be made. More than ten different kinds of wall bottles are decorated in Sanxi Hall of Yangxin hall, which shows the Emperor Qianlong's deep love for wall bottles. The wall bottle is half vase shape, rectangular mouth, short neck, double dragon ears on the neck. The bottle body is slender, and there is imitation wood support under it.
