Description Unusual Doulton Lambeth vessel with sterling silver woman's face and lid, bearing London mark indicating a manufacture date of 1876. Bird body with wings and arms, hands crossed in front. Not sure if this is a cream pitcher or a syrup jug (or something else) -- we've been unable to find another example. Measures about 6-1/2" high. Fine condition, with no damage.
