Edo period (1615-1868), circa 1700Decorated in the centre in typical coloured enamels of blue, green and iron-red with three deer prancing among fallen maple leaves, the brown-edged rim with a band of stylized flowers interwoven among karakusa (Chinese grasses) in similar style; the exterior with three small scattered blossoms and a floral spray.4.5cm x 14.5cm.
