Early 19th centuryNow displayed in wood frames, glazed to each side, but presumably once two face screens on handles, each embroidered to one side with finely stitched scenes of birds amidst foliage and flowers and to the other with portrayals of a family group and attendants in domestic setting executed in a collage of painted paper, cushioned fabric and with faces in painted slivers of ivory, (one figural scene torn and displaced from position).each 28.5cm diameter overall.
