An Early Victorian Rosewood Teapoy, circa 1840, of sarcophagus form with hinged lid enclosing four lidded compartments and one glass mixing bowl, on a spiral turned support with three acanthus carved legs and scrolled toes, 43cm by 36cm by 82cm. Reasonable uniform colour throughout. One mixing bowl missing, the other with reglued base. Minor faults to the hinged compartments around the brackets. The body of the teapoy with very fine natural split on the right hand side. Otherwise good. 040220
